Firstly, the customer service is non existent, both the male and female there are rude and lack any respect for customers. Secondly 3 packages on 3 separate occasions I dropped off to them has gone “missing/lost” and stuck on their system when I check the status it shows that it has not left their store and it’s been 3 times that this has happened so I don’t think it’s coincidence that only my heavy parcels are disappearing through thin air and everything else gets posted? This post office needs to get investigated and have security system in place where all the parcels are being monitored through CCTV! Royal Mail needs to shut this place down or revoke their licence or whatever it is they have so that they no longer use it as “Post Office”

Would give it zero stars if I could. These two people are rude and unhelpful. Closing the post office on a whim, refusing packages after 16:30, don’t acknowledge you are waiting at the post office counter even when they are standing at the shop counter doing nothing. AVOID!

Visited this store twice to return an Amazon parcel and was refused both times by the same staff member (women).
I had the correct barcode and followed Amazon’s instructions, but was told my parcel was “too big” and that she would “get in trouble” for accepting it. The item was actually a small-to-medium sized box, and I was also told to remove it from its original packaging, which doesn’t match Amazon’s guidance.
The interaction felt very abrupt and dismissive, and no proper help or alternative solution was offered.
Disappointing experience, especially as this is supposed to be a designated Amazon return location. Wouldn’t recommend for returns. Avoid Avoid!

The post office was closed today for at least an hour due to a ‘daily’ system update. If this "daily" update occurs during opening hours, why haven’t the hours been adjusted to reflect it? The Asian woman at the counter was extremely rude.”
